It is in plain English, no abstruse terms. The session is free and open to donations but demands full attention.

What you only need to do is listen attentively, which means the mind is looking at itself objectively without getting stuck in words by observing its reaction to words simutaneously, which means humility. In that full attention, you are really attending and meditating.
